Description
This concert is presented by the National Arab Orchestra in collaboration with Dr. Hussain Alobaidi; Titled: Along the Euphrates: Music of Iraq and Syria. The Houston Arab Community is celebrating Arab American Heritage Month and dedicating this program to preserving the classics of Iraq and Syria with a special focus on the Iraqi Maqam and Aleppo Qudud. The Program will be featuring the National Arab Orchestra Takht Ensemble and Safaafir Band with the legend Hamid Al Saadi.
